Mr. Crisolli is a partner and heads the Frankfurt office of Kliemt & Vollstädt. On 1 January 2005 he joined Kliemt & Vollstädt from Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where since 2002 he had built up and headed the employment-law department. Before this, he was a partner in the Frankfurt law firm Savigny & Crisolli.
Mr. Crisolli advises enterprises in all questions of individual and collective employment law. Central interests of his practice are consultancy on company transactions and restructuring. In this process, Mr. Crisolli advises employers from the planning stage through to post-merger integration, in redundancy scheme negotiations and in drawing up and negotiating agreements with works councils and collective agreements. He has particular expertise in implementing cross-border outsourcing projects. Mr. Crisolli is an author and a speaker at employment-law seminars.
