Dr. Tatjana Gohritz joined Kliemt & Vollstädt as an employment law specialist in June 2007. Before this, she worked for the Federal Employment Agency. After completing her legal studies at Marburg und Canterbury (England), she spent several years as an academic research assistant in Professor Dr. W. Mummenhoff's Institute for Commercial, Economic and Employment Law at the Philipps-Universität in Marburg. At this time she wrote her doctoral thesis on the permissibility of company agreements and association-level agreements and the feasability of striking against them.
Dr. Gohritz advises employers and executive staff on all questions of individual and collective employment law. Her main practice area is the day-to-day advising of companies in Germany and abroad on employment law, conducting actions against unfair dismissal, and drafting employment agreements and standard and special types of termination agreements.
