Ideally, you will have completed your law studies with above-average grades and speak fluent English. Your curriculum vitae should demonstrate your interest in employment law, in the form of a doctoral dissertation on an employment-law topic, professional experience in the field of individual and collective employment law, or academic experience in a university employment-law department.

As a member of our employment-law team and as an attorney in our firm, you will advise our clients on all questions of employment law and in associated areas of law. We attach just as much importance to training you thoroughly as to helping you to develop your skills in handling your own cases, depending on your individual education and experience. Our attorneys make specialist publications and speak at seminars; we value and encourage academic work. We therefore enable you to organise your working time flexibly if you are working on a doctoral dissertation.
