Martin Wörle is a partner in Kliemt & Vollstädt's Berlin office. On 1 March 2005, he moved from Clifford Chance to Kliemt & Vollstädt. He had specialised in employment law since 1991 at Clifford Chance (which at that time was still Pünder Volhard Weber & Axster). From 1993 to 2005, he headed the employment department in the Berlin office, and in 1997 he was appointed a notary. Before he practised as an attorney, Martin Wörle was an academic researcher in the departments of the well-known scholars of employment and social security law, Prof. Dr. Johannes Denck and Prof. Dr. Manfred Löwisch in Freiburg im Breisgau.
Martin Wörle advises companies on all questions of individual and collective employment law. His main practice areas are consultancy on company transactions and restructuring. Martin Wörle advises employers on redundancy scheme negotiations and on drafting and negotiating collective pay agreements. He is also particularly experienced in litigation on the liability of company officers and
representative bodies and in drafting and terminating the employment contracts of board members and managing directors.
