For many years we have accompanied a large number of bodies under public law on the federal, Land and local government level in civil service law and the law on the representation of public employees. On request we not only draft the contractual documents (in particular including difficult models for recruiting and supply of personnel) but also support you in the negotiations with the authorities and staff councils involved and with regard to collective pay agreements with the trade unions responsible.

We also advise on church institutional employment law and support litigation up to the Federal Constitutional Court and before the European Court of Justice.
